Over the years, I have collected a range of resources that I regularly use within supervision and therapeutic practice. I created this space as a way of sharing some of the materials, websites, and frameworks that I have found particularly helpful when supporting supervisees in their work with clients.

This is an ongoing collection, and I intend to continue adding new resources over time. My hope is that these tools can support therapists, trainees, and supervisees in deepening their understanding, strengthening their confidence, and finding practical guidance for both clinical work and professional development.

Mental Health Support Directories

The Hub of Hope is one of the UK’s leading mental health support databases, created by the charity Chasing the Stigma. It brings together local, national, NHS, private, charity, peer, and community support services in one accessible place. It can be a valuable resource when signposting clients to additional mental health support in their local area.

Attachment Theory

A helpful introduction and overview of John Bowlby’s Attachment Theory, exploring how early attachment experiences can influence emotional development, relationships, and patterns of connection throughout life. This can be particularly useful for trainees or therapists working relationally.

Depression Guidelines and Evidence-Based Practice

The NICE guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations for the treatment and management of depression in adults. These guidelines can support therapists in understanding current best practice and treatment recommendations within the UK.

CBT and Self-Help Resources

This website offers a wide range of CBT worksheets, psychoeducation materials, and self-help resources that can be useful within therapeutic work or as additional support for clients between sessions.

Therapeutic Relationship Models

An accessible overview of Petruska Clarkson’s Five Relationship Model, exploring the different relational dynamics that can emerge within therapy and the importance of the therapeutic alliance.

Ethics and Professional Standards

The BACP Ethical Framework outlines the ethical principles and good practice standards for counsellors and psychotherapists. It is an essential resource for trainees and qualified practitioners alike.

This framework explores the competencies needed for effective online and telephone therapy practice and can be particularly useful for therapists working remotely or developing their confidence in digital therapeutic spaces.
